A Minimum 7 Day Notice is needed for a refund.

A cancellation and/or refund request, must be made in writing by email.

Please, it is easiest to just Reply All to your Driver/Operator Assignment Email. That way everyone gets a copy.


Allow us 1 to 2 weeks to process any due refunds.
